Ask your doctor to send your records, or bring them. We check your benefits and call you with what we find.
The visit itself
About 90 minutes, with Dr. Kovalenko in the room. Your eyes may be dilated, so bring sunglasses.
Afterward
A letter goes to your doctor, and you leave with your care plan and your follow-up dates.
